Author Kelcey Parker and her debut fiction collection For Sale By Owner.
Kelcey Parker will read from her debut collection of short fiction, For Sale by Owner, on Tuesday, March 1st at 7:30 pm in the Leonard Theater, Peabody Hall.
Kelcey’s stories–likened to those of Aimee Bender and Lorrie Moore as “tales of twisted domesticity”– have appeared in such journals as Indiana Review, Bellingham Review, Western Humanities Review, Third Coast, and Image, where she was named Artist of the Month for November 2009. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati and directs the creative writing program at Indiana University South Bend.
